FOR OPERATIONS LEVEL

Duration : 16 hrs (2 days)   

 

OBJECTIVES

 

After completing the programme, the participants should be able to :-

§         Initiate action for continuous improvement

§         Practise innovative and enterprising behaviours

§         Identify, evaluate and manage risk in the workplace

 

CONTENTS

 

Part I : Initiate Action for Continuous Improvement

 

§         Demonstrate initiative to improve workplace performance and achievement of goals

§         Demonstrate self-direction and sustained effort

 

Part II : Practise Innovative and Enterprising Behaviours

 

§         Demonstrate and maintain innovative and enterprising behaviours

§         Participate in generating innovative outcomes

  

Part III : Identify, Evaluate and Manage Risk in the Workplace

 

§         Identify risks associated with periodic operations and new initiatives

§         Recommend possible strategies to avoid risks and maintain commitment to innovation

§         Implement the best risk strategy and monitor the risks
